1. How long has Improve Presence been in business?


Improve Presence started in the year 2018. We have been delivering results-driven digital marketing campaigns for our clients for over the past year. We have a trusted and dedicated team of expert marketers which holds a combined digital marketing experience of 8 years.

2. Does Improve Presence offer SEO?


The SEO service we provide today has been developed and refined over the past several years as the online marketing industry evolved.

We are of the view that search engine optimization needs to be viewed as part of a combination of techniques used for achieving the clients’ business goals, and not as a channel in isolation.

We do all the work for clients with the aim of making their websites more visible to their intended audience to drive website engagement. SEO is just one of the many channels that we utilize for marketing clients’ brand, products or services.  

3. Is there a long-term commitment required?


We ask our clients to commit to a minimum of 3 months. This gives us adequate time to generate desired results. After this, there is a rolling monthly contract.

We are not keen on locking our clients into long-term contracts. We want them to stay with us as we are generating exceptional results. We are extremely proud of our excellent client retention rate. Some of the clients we are working for have been with us since the founding of Improve Presence.

4. Can you send me pricing for SEO, a social media strategy or a website?


As we don’t have packages or templated solutions, we cannot provide you pricing information straight away. Firstly, you have to share details about your business and your goals. After studying these, we will send you the proposal.

5. Will there be any hidden costs for a digital marketing project?


There are no hidden costs involved. We cover all the work we do in the set monthly fee. The client pays for any paid media costs.

6. How do we ensure a digital marketing project gets finished on time?


It is quite important that we all work together as a team and are equally committed to adhering to deadlines and response times. We understand that work can be overwhelming and deadlines are hard to commit to, so we try our best to make this process as smooth as possible. So both parties get adequate allocated time to amend or review at any stage.

7. Who will be working on my account?


Usually, for each client account, there will be a dedicated Account Manager, along with the head of strategy and the director. They will work on the account right from drafting a campaign strategy to implementing it.

8. Will you share what is being done on the website and the reasons for doing so?


Yes, we will tell you about this. We feel proud of maintaining transparency and we will explain to you the work we are doing. Also, we will share with you any changes that we have made to your website and the reasons for making these changes.

9. How fast will the business start getting results?


The first three months will be spent on building a proper digital strategy for your business and laying the foundations for a successful long-term project. After this time, you should begin witnessing an increase in your business’s online visibility and improvements in your main metrics and goals.

10. How many rounds of changes do you allow for the clients?


We allow for 3 rounds of changes to any design or concept chosen by a client. We ask the client to provide us a round of intended changes in a single document or email.

This is the most efficient way to make changes to a given design, so the direction of the project does not get altered midway. Rounds of changes do not apply for development.

11. How often we report the results to you?


We will provide you bespoke monthly performance reports which include all the metrics that are important to you. Your account manager will then take you through these reports. He will explain to you all the data and performance metrics and the work we have been doing for you. We may request extra information from you to ensure that we are able to understand the broader impact of the digital marketing project; as often, the online data is only a part of the bigger picture.
